About Verness

Verness is a sought-after makeup artist who specializes in editorial, commercial, bridal, and events. In addition to attending Bennett Career Institute, Verness has studied under celebrity makeup artists Reggie Wells, Merrell Hollis, and Renny Vasquez.

Some of his clients have included actor and comedian Kim Whitley, transactivist and reality TV star London De Richelieu, model and influencer Destiny Green (@momcrushmonday), and speaker and actor Kimberly Renee of Might Be Vegan.

Also a certified lash technician (Bella G Beauty Studio) and stylist, Verness is a former buyer and manager for Charlotte’s premier boutique, Blank Canvas. 

He’s worked on several independent and commercial sets, including Fujifilm, Pantene Pro V, and the series Love Thy Sister, as well as Charlotte’s nationally-recognized Red Pump Red Tie Affair.
